    Manufacturing

    Peptide synthesis and small-molecule production carried out in a controlled cleanroom facility to defined specifications.

  2. Step 02

    Independent Testing

    Every batch is sent to an accredited third-party laboratory for HPLC and mass spectrometry analysis.

  3. Step 03

    Quality Review

    Test results are reviewed against release criteria by our internal quality team before proceeding.

  4. Step 04

    COA Generation

    A batch-specific certificate of analysis is generated, containing all identity and purity data.

  5. Step 05

    Batch Release

    Only batches that meet every specification are cleared for release into inventory.

  6. Step 06

    Dispatch

    Temperature-considered UK dispatch with full batch traceability from lab to laboratory.

What we test for.

  • Identity confirmation via mass spectrometry (ESI-MS).
  • Purity by reverse-phase HPLC at defined wavelengths.
  • Sequence verification for peptides where applicable.
  • Appearance, solubility and residual solvent screens.
  • Batch stability profile against defined storage conditions.
