1. Who we are

This website (peptidesofengland.co.uk), trading as POE — Peptides of England, is operated by Hamza Sabati ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you are contracting with Hamza Sabati.

By using the site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Research use only

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis or treatment. You confirm you have the authority and competence to handle research materials and will do so in accordance with all applicable laws.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site or the products. In particular you must not:

use the site or products for any unlawful purpose;
engage in fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
infringe our or a third party's intellectual property;
interfere with the security of the site (malware, scraping, probing).

7. Payment terms and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, tax, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or refuse orders in case of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Warranties and liability

Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
