How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders.

• email support@peptidesofengland.co.uk with your order reference and reason for the refund.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
